Artist's Comments
A skateboard design I did for my boyfriend's birthday. It's a cow with a chainsaw meshed into its head, and a kitty meshed into its neck/shoulders driving it on its destructive path of doom. Alex thought up that awesome creature, and I drew it. Sketched first, tablet-ed over to photoshop, some nice brush work later and ta-da!
I used boardpusher.com to create the actual skateboard, which came in a bit late but looks fantastic. Everyone that skates or has a skating loved one should check it out, there're some really talented people there, or you can design your own skateboard if you're artistically inclined. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
